Shipping & Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our delivery partner, Ninja Van, with tracking and drop-off without signature. Tracking number will be provided for each order confirmation. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck. If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery. Refer as follows:

We deliver to any address within mainland Singapore. We’re sorry, but we currently do not ship to offshore islands, restricted zones and international destinations.
Should you have any questions on my order status or to report missing/damaged items. Please email to info@cicrocodile.com stating your order number with any questions regarding your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can within 3 working days.

Returns

You may request for an exchange or a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Order invoice must be presented for exchange or return. Please retain the invoice. Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original tags and labels. CROCODILE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfil the above stated requirement. CROCODILE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Please submit a Return Order Request to us through email to info@cicrocodile.com stating the reason of return with support photos if applicable. We will evaluate on your request and reply within 3 working days. If you are worried that this will violate the 7-day return policy, please be assured that your return request will stay valid as long as it was submitted within the 7-day period.
