How do I place an order?

Create an account OR sign in.

Browse items on our Online Store.

Click on chosen item. Select the colour and size and add item to your shopping cart for purchase. Make your payment by Credit Card upon Checkout.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number upon the successful completion of your transaction. For clarification, such confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availabilty.

We aim to deliver your item in the fastest time possible.

What locations does www.crocodileinternational.com deliver to?

We deliver to Mainland Singapore. Delivery cannot be made to offshore islands and restricted zones. We do not ship internationally.

Stock Availability

All products on www.crocodileinternational.com, are on “as is” and “as available” basis. Should there be any out-of-stock items in your order, it may take longer than the stipulated time to fulfil the order. Our customer service will contact you to inform of such instances and make further arrangements.

What happens if there is no one home when a delivery is made?

The delivery provider will make another attempt to deliver. If unsuccessful, the item(s) will be returned to us.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Tracking number will be provided for each order confirmation.

How do I check the check order status or report missing delivery/items?

Please email info@cicrocodile.com stating your order number with any questions regarding your order. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

Returns

What is www.crocodileinternational.com’s exchange and return policy?

You may request for an exchange or a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Order invoice must be presented for exchange or return. Please retain the invoice.

Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original tags and labels.

CROCODILE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfil the above stated requirement.

Problem signing in

You may have entered the wrong User ID (email address or mobile number) and/or Password. Try the ‘Forgot Password’ feature to receive a password reset email at your registered email address. Please follow the instruction in the email to have your password changed for future sign-in. If you do not receive a password reset email in your email Inbox/Junk folder, it’s likely the wrong email address has been entered.
